Game Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By downloading, installing or using the mobile game Thai Phee Flee (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), you agree to abide by: (a) these Terms of Service; (b) the Privacy Policy (available via in-game announcements); (c) in-game specific rules (e.g., chat room management regulations).
1.2 If you have not reached the statutory age of consent (13 years old for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; 16 years old for Singapore and Malaysia), your legal guardian must review and approve these Terms on your behalf.
2. Account & Security
2.1 Account Registration
- You may register via Guest Mode, Email or third-party accounts (Facebook / Google).
- Impersonating another person’s identity or submitting false personal information is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Security Obligations
- You shall solely keep your account password confidential and may not transfer, lend or share your account with any third party.
- The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from account theft, hacking attacks or other incidents not caused by the Company’s fault.
3. In-Game Code of Conduct
3.1 Permanent Account Ban Policy (Zero Tolerance)
Your account will be permanently frozen with no eligible refunds if you commit any of the following violations:
- Using plug-ins, auto-bot scripts or modified game clients;
- Exploiting game bugs to illegally obtain virtual items (such as item duplication);
- Conducting real-money trading including the sale/purchase of game accounts and virtual items;
- Launching attacks against game servers or distributing malicious programs;
- Impersonating official staff to defraud other players.
3.2 Tiered Penalty System
Hate & Discriminatory Speech
- Insult based on race, gender, religion or disability;
- Sexual harassment or threatening remarks against individuals.
The Company reserves the right to mute, temporarily suspend or permanently ban violating users.
Dissemination of Improper Information
- Spreading fraudulent content (fake giveaways, phishing links);
- Promoting unauthorized third-party top-up services or illegal websites.

Game Environment Disruption
- AFK idling to sabotage team gameplay;
- Excessive spamming to disrupt normal chat order;
- Inappropriate character names containing vulgar or sexually suggestive wording.
The Company reserves the right to mute, temporarily suspend or permanently ban violating users.
Misuse of Virtual Items
- Organizing gambling activities using in-game virtual items;
- Inducing illegal offline real-world conduct in exchange for virtual items.
The Company reserves the right to mute, temporarily suspend or permanently ban violating users.
3.3 Exceptional Exemptions from Penalties
- Violations committed after account hijacking (valid police incident report required for verification);
- False penalty triggered by system misjudgment (confirmed by official technical log review).
4. Top-up & Refund Policy
4.1 Payment Methods
Region-supported payment options include Apple Pay, Google Pay, MyCard and other local payment gateways.
4.2 Refund Rules
Statutory Cooling-off Period
- Taiwan Users: Refund applications acceptable within 7 calendar days after payment for unused virtual currency.
- Hong Kong Users: Refund eligible within 14 calendar days for unused paid services.
No refunds shall be issued for already consumed virtual items or event promotional rewards under any circumstances.
5. Service Modification & Termination
5.1 Game Maintenance
- Routine maintenance updates will be announced on the game login page 24 hours in advance.
- Compensation arrangements shall apply for unscheduled emergency server shutdowns.
5.2 Permanent Service Termination
- If game operation is terminated due to force majeure such as new government regulatory requirements, a 90-day prior termination notice will be posted.
- Upon service shutdown, unused top-up balances will be refunded proportionally back to the original payment account.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Company assumes no responsibility for losses resulting from:
- In-game data loss caused by network latency or end-user device malfunction;
- Disputes between individual players (e.g., fraud arising from private virtual item transactions);
- Billing disputes occurring on third-party payment platforms including Apple App Store.
6.2 Damage Compensation Cap
If proven liable for losses due to the Company’s negligence, total compensation shall not exceed the aggregate amount you spent on in-game top-ups within the preceding six months.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 All Game content including character artwork, source codes and background music is the intellectual property of the Company or its authorized licensors.
7.2 You are granted limited access solely for personal entertainment purposes. The following acts are forbidden without prior written approval:
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the Game’s program code;
- Live-streaming recorded Game footage for commercial gains;
- Developing and selling derivative merchandise based on Game IP.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Jurisdiction:
- Users from Taiwan: Governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan);
- Users from Hong Kong & Macao: Governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR respectively;
- Users from Singapore & Malaysia: Governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
9. Terms Revision & Notification
9.1 Revision Right: The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms; material amendments will be notified via pop-up alert on the Game login screen.
9.2 Deemed Consent: Your login to the Game within 15 days after Terms update constitutes your full acceptance of the revised clauses.
